We’ll share feedback with you after your interview to help you improve for the future. And we’ll always ask how we can improve via our candidate survey and Glassdoor reviews.
You applied for the role. Now what?
This is what the typical hiring process at Fintel Services looks like.
Submit an application
The hiring manager will review your application and follow up within 10 days to let you know whether we'll be moving forward with your application.
Teams interview
You and the hiring manager will have an initial conversation where you can learn more about the role, and they can assess your skills and interest.
Face-to-Face interview
You'll have an interview over video or at one of our offices with at least 2 Fintel Services colleagues, who will have some more in-depth questions to ask you.
Decision stage
Hopefully, after the hiring team debriefs, you'll receive an offer. If not, we will always provide you with feedback for future interviews.
New hire onboarding
Once you've accepted our offer, our people and culture team will give you all the information you need to know about our onboarding process. Welcome to the team!
